Norwegian Flight Operational Forum

Flyoperativt Forum (Flight Operational Forum) is a Norwegian aviation conference held annually. The 26th conference will be held on the 16th - 18th April 2012 at the Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen, located near the Oslo International airport, Gardermoen outside Oslo.

As the name implies, we are concentrating on operational and technical matters related to the aviation business, both on a national and international basis. The attendees are mostly Norwegian and the language used is Norwegian. But of course, English is our second language and speakers may speak in English. The audience is mainly from our CAA, our NTSB, the operational management from the airlines, the unions, the Royal Norwegian Air Force, Department of Transportation and various aviation related institutions.

2012 Conference April 16-18

Monday 16th
This years conference will follow in the previous conferences path. We will start Monday night at 1800 for an informal get-together with food and refreshments in the Officers Mess at Gardermoen AB.
This year there will be an presentation from 333 squadron on their efforts patrolling the Indian Ocean, searching for pirates.
Our bus will leave the hotel at 1800 and return from the o'club at 2300

Tuesday 17th
Conference according to the agenda below. Tuesday night we will all get together for the annual conference dinner in the hotel.

Wednesday 18th
Conference according to the agenda below.

If you plan to participate at the Gardermoen Military AB informal get-together Monday night, please be at the hotel before 1800. The buses will leave from the hotel at 1800 and return at approx 2300.
